A/S SAF Tehnika informs that the Management Board of the Company has resolved, with the approval of the Supervisory Council, to invest in and acquire 102 shares in SIA “AeroVictory Baltic”. The share capital of SIA “AeroVictory Baltic” is EUR 20,200.

Taking into account the rapidly changing security situation in Europe and the increasing demand for modern defense technologies, A/S SAF Tehnika is investing in the share capital of SIA “AeroVictory Baltic”. The newly established company will take over and further develop the experience gained in Ukraine in drone development, ensuring technology transfer and the development of innovation in Europe. This initiative is strategically important for strengthening regional security, promoting European technological autonomy, and creating high value-added expertise in the defense sector.

Upon completion of the transaction, A/S SAF Tehnika will acquire 102 out of a total of 202 shares in SIA “AeroVictory Baltic”, representing 50.5% of the share capital and voting rights.
